Progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer with Qld residential conveyancing experience.
The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, allowing you to have work/life balance A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience is essential Salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus super, with adaptable working arrangements including 1 to 2 days WFH per week Permanent role with a firm that values progressive practices and work-life balance The role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
This will include - contract review and dealing with clients, brokers, solicitors following up on outstanding conditions on line searches settlement statements PEXA settlements and general administrative duties.
Requirements A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing paralegal experience in a law firm environment Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, including PEXA is essential Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files with competing deadlines The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary Progressive law firm based at Sinnamon Park.

WFH options available after training (1,2 days a week).
