(Pro Rata) RNM2C 28 HPW - Permanent Position Available for RNM1, 36 HPW - Permanent Position Available for RNM2C Be the Connection in Community Mental Health Join a dedicated community mental health team where you will provide high-quality nursing care, care coordination and clinical leadership to support consumers on their recovery journey.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver comprehensive mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Drawing on your experience and clinical expertise, you will support less experienced staff, contribute to service improvement initiatives and manage portfolio responsibilities that enhance consumer outcomes.
Working closely with consumers, families, carers and community partners, you will help promote wellbeing, recovery, rehabilitation and greater independence through person-centred, evidence-based care.
About you: Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice Ability to be creative, creative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting Effective communication skills including, problem solving,
