We manage claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self-insured organisations.
We are part of the leading global risk management and insurance group, Arthur J Gallagher Provide skilled customer focused service, particularly in handling sensitive matters in a confidential, diplomatic and professional manner, across a board range of stakeholders, to all internal and external stakeholders; Undertake activities pertaining to contract administration, risk and action registers, meeting and audit administration; Book venues, organising catering, coordination of presenters (following up presentations, organising flow of day), organisation of resources, support preparation of presentations, and source supply of merchandise; Arrange strategic management meetings, including the preparation of the agenda and minutes Process invoices and expenses, including staff regional travel, catering, supplies etc.
We are looking for enthusiastic,



compassionate and customer-centric individuals who have: Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerBI, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively; Strong customer service skills; Exceptional time management and organisational skills; Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation; A strategic mindset and approach to work; A strong sense of team and collaboration; Resilient and flexible, with the ability work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
