endpoint management and end-user services evolve.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys making real product decisions.
You will own the roadmap, determine priorities, challenge requests that don't align with the product strategy, and use customer and commercial insights to decide where we invest next.
This a great role for a Product Manager who likes asking "why?", making informed trade-offs and seeing the impact of their products.
The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane!
Your key responsibilities: Own the product roadmap, backlog and lifecycle for our Managed Modern Workplace portfolio.
Shape and evolve our Microsoft 365 managed services, endpoint management and end-user support offerings.
Use customer, commercial and product data to identify opportunities, prioritise improvements and drive product decisions.
Define scalable, repeatable services, balancing customer needs with commercial viability and operational efficiency.
Turn Microsoft technology, licensing changes and emerging AI capabilities into new and enhanced product offerings.
Lead new product and service launches, ensuring they are ready across delivery, support, tooling, pricing, billing and enablement.
Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales,



Delivery and Service Operations to ensure products are sellable, scalable and deliverable.
Define and continually improve the end-user experience, including support, self-service, automation and device lifecycle.
Measure product performance and use evidence to drive continuous improvement and portfolio decisions.
Set the end-user experience standards for each product — service desk interaction model, self-service and automation, device lifecycle — and own the enablement and adoption measurement that ships with it.
Key skills and experience required: 5–8 years in product management or product ownership, ideally within IT services, managed services or a technology vendor environment.
Demonstrated ownership of a roadmap and backlog — prioritisation, requirement definition, and lifecycle decisions from launch through to retirement.
Data self-sufficiency - You get to your own numbers, interrogate them and build an argument on them without waiting on an analyst.
Artificial intelligence (AI) fluency is highly regarded.
Strong written capability and commercial literacy Strong stakeholder engagement across sales, delivery and operations, with the ability to make trade-offs visible and drive decisions without direct authority.
A track record of operating independently in ambiguity.
Strong modern workplace fluency — Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity, and end-user support and adoption practice.
