Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD Lead RAA s Digital Products function The Role As the Senior Manager, Digital Product, you ll lead RAA s digital product function, shaping the strategy and roadmap that bring our digital experience to life.
You ll oversee digital product management, marketing automation, digital experience and insights, delivering seamless, member-focused experiences across RAA s app, website and MyAccount channels.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you ll ensure RAA s digital products continue to evolve in line with member needs, while delivering strong commercial and business outcomes.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team across digital product, marketing automation, digital experience and insights.
Set and deliver RAA s digital product strategy and roadmap across app, website and MyAccount.
Drive seamless, accessible and member-focused digital experiences that support acquisition, retention and engagement.
Partner with Technology, Marketing and value-stream leaders to ensure digital platforms are integrated, scalable and fit for purpose.
Use data, insights and member feedback to prioritise digital investment, enhance decision-making and deliver meaningful member and commercial outcomes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and customer-focused digital delivery.
About You You re an experienced digital product leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong commercial focus and a genuine passion for creating great digital experiences.
You ll be comfortable operating at a senior level, influencing across a complex organisation and translating digital strategy into meaningful outcomes.

commerciality, leadership and creativity expect to be asked to evidence it!
Tertiary qualification in Digital Product Management, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Extensive experience leading digital product functions in complex, multi-channel organisations, including people leaders.
Proven experience across digital product, marketing automation, digital experience and analytics, with a focus on driving customer or member acquisition, engagement and retention.
Strong understanding of digital product management, agile methodologies and digital experience principles.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering with C-suite and senior leaders.
Robust commercial acumen and fluency with an ability to connect digital product strategy and investment to member and business outcomes.
A collaborative and people-focused leadership style, with a track record of building high-performing teams and creating an environment where people can thrive.
