The role:
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processing Attendant (Despatch) to join the team at our Huonville Processing site.
This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
Uphold Tassal's commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Role requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).




Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a hyper-quick-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership experience is an advantage.
Forklift licence (highly desirable).
