About the Opportunity Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining operation to source a Talent Acquisition Advisor for an end-to-end recruitment role covering site-based white collar and blue collar positions.
This is a great prospect for a TA professional who enjoys variety, moving across a broad mix of roles and working closely with site leadership to build out their workforce.
This is a hybrid role based from Brisbane, working a one week on site, one week in Brisbane roster.
It's offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad mix of site-based white collar and blue collar roles Partner with site leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements Source, screen,
