We are seeking an Allied Health Assistant to work closely with Allied Health professionals to support consumers in achieving the goals outlined in their individual treatment plans.
The role focuses on promoting independence, enhancing wellbeing, and supporting consumers to participate in activities that maximise their functional abilities and quality of life.
Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of prescribed therapy programs, monitoring and reporting consumer progress, setting up and maintaining therapy equipment, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring resources are readily available for clinical use.
The Allied Health Assistant will also provide administrative support, including managing intake enquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
The role requires a person-centred approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
