The role:
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Filleting) to join our team at our Huonville site, located just 30 minutes south of Hobart.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
Uphold Tassal's commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Role requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).




Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Leadership experience is an advantage.
Forklift licence (highly desirable).
