About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef / Prep Chef to join our dynamic team in Erskineville, Current South Wales.
This temporary, casual role is essential for delivering high-quality breakfast dishes that delight our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and catering, with a focus on creating delicious and visually appealing meals in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be available to work Saturday - Tuesday breakfast until lunch.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard,



ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of meals.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure all necessary ingredients are available.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not essential.
