What can you expect from a day in this role?
No two days are the same.
You'll be supporting customers across a range of communication channels, responding to enquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on Odyssey's products and services.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to find solutions, simplify complex information and ensure customers receive timely, accurate and personalised support.
This role is all about creating positive customer experiences, building trust and delivering great outcomes.

Previous customer service experience is essential, while experience within a contact centre, helpdesk or technical support environment will be highly regarded.
