What we're really looking for
For this role, we're looking for confident and experienced Support Workers who can work safely and consistently in a high-support environment.
We're looking for people who:
Have experience supporting people with complex behaviours
Are confident with manual handling and working within SIL environments




Stay calm and use good judgement when situations become challenging
Can confidently follow established support and manual handling plans
Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
Are reliable and comfortable working across a 24/7 support program
What you'll need
Current P2 or open's driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Working with Children's Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
