About the Role We're seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the operations and performance of a portfolio of retail centres across the South West.
Based in Bunbury, you'll work closely with our local team and receive strong support from our Perth Head Office.
Some regional travel is required.
Key Responsibilities Oversee building operations,



installations and systems Manage service contracts Conduct regular building inspections Respond to incidents and after-hours emergencies Coordinate contractor inductions Ensure compliance with OH S regulations Monitor building systems for energy efficiency About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong relationship‐building, communication and organisational skills Self‐motivated and mature‐minded Knowledge of Australian Standards, Building Codes and OH S legislation What We Offer Competitive remuneration, career development opportunities and a supportive, enjoyable work environment.
