Strong understanding of day to dayproperty management, including tenant liaison, contractor management,maintenance coordination and lease administration.
Demonstrated experience preparingbudgets, monitoring expenditure and providing accurate financial reporting.
Strong stakeholder managementskills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships withclients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
About the role
We are looking for a CommercialProperty Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across South EastQueensland.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operationsof a industrial and commercial property portfolio across South East Queensland.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
Lead and support facilitiesmanagement activities, working closely with Facilities Managers and the broadersupport team.
Oversee property budgets,reporting,



maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular site inspectionsand ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering strong outcomes.
Identify opportunities to enhanceasset performance and deliver value for clients.
