Partner with the B2B Marketing Lead and Commercial team to develop strategic marketing plans for key wholesale partners
Lead end-to-end execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including localised campaigns, events and in-store activations
Collaborate with local, regional and global teams for cohesive execution across consumer touchpoints
Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to elevate On's presence in the market




Analyze campaign and account performance, consumer insights and industry trends to refine plans
Manage campaign and activation budgets, and work with agencies, vendors, KOLs and influencers
5+ years of experience in brand, retail, wholesale or partner marketing
Strong understanding of wholesale, retail and consumer marketing ecosystems
Ability to connect brand storytelling to commercial outcomes
Experience supporting global brand campaign rollouts
