As Art Director, the successful candidate will oversee the coordination and delivery of day-to-day creative requirements across digital, retail, social media, marketing, and e-commerce channels.
This role balances hands‐on design with team oversight, ensuring every output is refined, cohesive, and aligned with brand priorities and international ambitions.

Deliver design across business-as-usual creative, including digital, showroom, social media, marketing, and e-commerce assets
Create visually engaging social media content that supports brand and marketing initiatives
Produce design outputs that balance commercial objectives with brand integrity
Coordinate team workflow, manage design schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to meet creative requirements
Partner with external creative leaders and suppliers to translate creative direction into daily design delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years' graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail,



or lifestyle brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating refined design execution across digital and social platforms
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
Experience managing workflow, scheduling, and deadlines across multiple projects
Previous experience overseeing or guiding other designers is desirable
Robust organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Refined design sensibility with strong attention to detail
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Collaborative approach, building strong working relationships internally and externally
