About the role:
Anglicare NT is looking for a skilled and compassionate Early Psychosis Clinician to join the headspace Darwin Early Psychosis team.
Working within the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model, you'll support young people aged ***** from initial presentation through to ongoing treatment and recovery.
You'll provide youth-friendly assessment, case management and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including complex risk assessment and collaborative safety planning.
You'll work closely with young people, families, carers and external services using a "no wrong door" approach.
This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, ongoing clinical support - not just short-term crisis intervention - while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
About you
You'll bring:




An approved tertiary qualification in a relevant health/allied health discipline and current AHPRA registration or AASW membership.
At least 1 year's experience in a health-related discipline.
Experience working with young people in mental health or youth services.
Solid skills in assessment, therapeutic intervention, risk assessment and safety planning.
A collaborative, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach.
A commitment to culturally safe practice and working alongside young Aboriginal people and their families.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
What you'll need:
NT Ochre Card
National Police Criminal History Check
Current NT Driver's Licence
Current required vaccinations
First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
Ability to meet relevant ID and visa/overseas work requirements.
