The Perth Bears are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead the payroll and benefits function, reporting to the Head of Finance.
You will oversee accurate payroll across employees, contractors and players, with a focus on complex and highly individual arrangements.
As the club grows, you will implement a current payroll system, migrate data, and establish the processes and controls that will support scaling.
Part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
