About You
You're someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems,



and delivering great service every day.
You'll also bring:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within hydraulics, hose and fittings or an industrial trade (automotive, engineering etc...)
Strong computer skills and experience using Pronto (preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Hydraulics or hose and fittings knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
