Hancock Iron Ore in Western Australia seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Culture team on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth to Roy Hill Mine.
This is a true generalist role supporting our operations across both the Processing and Mining teams.
Reporting to the Superintendent HR, you will provide HR advice, manage employee relations, support legislative compliance, and contribute to the delivery of business and workforce strategies.
