Since ****, we have specialised in custom kitchens, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, cabinetry, timber joinery, doors, panels, benchtops and interior fit-out products.
About the Role We are seeking a skilled Carpenter and Joiner to join our manufacturing team on a full-time basis.
The successful applicant will construct, assemble, modify and install timber and joinery products, with a particular focus on custom cabinetry, kitchens, bathroom vanities, wardrobes and other interior fit-out products.
Key Responsibilities Study drawings, plans and specifications to determine materials, dimensions and production requirements.
Measure, mark, cut and shape timber, plywood, MDF, laminate and other materials.
Manufacture and assemble custom kitchens, cabinets, bathroom vanities, wardrobes and other joinery products.
Construct and fit doors, panels, shelving, benchtops and cabinetry components.
Cut and assemble timber joints and accurately fit cabinetry components.
Install hinges, handles, runners, brackets and other cabinetry hardware.
Work with laminates and other finishing materials as required.
Inspect completed products for accuracy, alignment, finish and structural integrity.
Undertake repairs, modifications and adjustments to existing cabinetry and joinery.




Assist with installation of manufactured products at residential and commercial sites when required.
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Skills and Experience Relevant AQF Certificate III/IV qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or a related trade qualification, or equivalent relevant training and experience.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in carpentry, joinery or cabinetry manufacturing.
Experience in constructing and assembling cabinetry, joinery or timber products.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
Strong measuring, cutting, assembly and finishing skills.
Competent use of carpentry and joinery hand and power tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
