Our client, a large Steel rebar and concrete mesh company in Laverton is seeking an experienced leading hand with Steel fixing experience.
This role will be Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm but will be paid casual rates for at least the first 3 months, with a view to go permanent.
$***** per hour As team leader or leading hand with the steel fixers, you will be required to manage in office rebar crews, interprets complex structural and civil engineering drawings, ensures accurate placement of reinforcing steel, and enforces strict safety and quality standards during manufacturing process.
The floor will run approx.
10 steel fixers.
Further to that, we require someone with a strong safety background, ensuring all staff adhere to safety requirements as a priority.
