Providestrategicleadership,oversight,planninganddecisionmakingforthenationalMCLibraryacrosstheBrisbane,SydneyandPerthcampuseswhileensuringeffectivetranslationoftheseareasintolocalcampusoperations.
Ensurealignmentofserviceobjectives,standardsandprioritieswithMC'sstrategy,mission,academicprioritiesandoperationalplanswhiledeliveringevidence-informedinsightsandrecommendationstoMCleadership.
Providepeopleleadershipandsupervisiontofosterapositiveworkingenvironmentandbuildcollaborativerelationshipsacrosscampuseswhileleadingworkforceplanning,recruitmentandprofessionaldevelopment.
HoldaccountabilityforLibrarypolicies,governance,risks,andcompliancewithregulatory,copyrightandprivacyrequirementsandstandards.
ManagetheLibrarybudget,providingstrategicoversightofexpenditureandresourceallocationtosupportteaching,learningandresearch.
