Kurrajong Hotel in Erskineville, a newly opened venue, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and deliver high‐quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
You will assist in daily kitchen operations, supervise junior staff, help develop seasonal menu items with the Head Chef, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
This full‐time role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
