About the Role
Lead DonateLife SA's clinical direction and help shape the future of organ and tissue donation across the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
You will:
Lead clinical improvement and donation outcomes
Drive safe, high quality and sustainable donation services
Build strong links across DonateLife, hospital and transplant teams
Deliver national program priorities and funding commitments
Champion service integration, education and clinical best practice
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold current AHPRA registration and CICM Fellowship
Demonstrate leadership in clinical improvement and organ donation
Bring experience in teaching, medical ethics and end-of-life care




Communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships
Lead change, manage priorities and deliver critical timeframes
