This is one of the most significant business change programs in our recent history and will shape how we operate for years to come.To support this journey, we're seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team.What You'll Be DoingWorking closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs, you'll play a key role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.As our Change Analyst, you'll help drive change readiness, engagement and adoption across the business by:Conducting change impact and stakeholder assessmentsSupporting the development and delivery of change plansCoordinating change activities across multiple workstreamsDeveloping communications, presentations and change resourcesSupporting stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessionsTracking readiness, adoption metrics, risks and reportingWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.You'll ideally have:Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project DeliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilityThe ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive,
