Now, we're looking for talented professionals to help deliver a major road upgrade project in the Illawarra/Wollongong region. This project includes improvements to existing arterial road infrastructure, several kilometres of new road construction, waterway crossings, and design work for future connections to key regional road networks.

We're seeking experienced professionals across a range of disciplines, including:

/n

/n

- Project Management

/n

/n

You'll play a key role in delivering infrastructure that benefits communities for generations to come.

/n

What You'll Be Doing

/n

As part of the HASLIN team, you'll help deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards by:

/n

/n

- Delivering projects on time,



within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

/n

- Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.

/n

- Driving excellence in safety, quality and environmental performance.

/n

- Preparing and implementing project-specific WHS, Quality and Environmental plans, ITPs and Safe Work Method Statements.

/n

- Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring contractual compliance.

/n

- Managing procurement of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers across survey and investigation, design, bridgeworks, pavements, stormwater drainage, and landscaping.

/n

- Contract administration, including progress claims, variations, RFIs and extension of time (EOT) assessments.

/n

- Preparing monthly project reports, forecasting and cost management.

/n

/n

About You

/n

You're someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people and delivering projects that make a difference.

/n

You may be an experienced Manager or Engineering professional looking to take the next step in your career.

/n

You'll bring:

/n

/n

- Experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects involving roadworks, structures, earthworks, pavements, drainage and utility interfaces.

/n

- Experience working to TfNSW specifications and on GC21 contracts.

/n

- Willingness to be based in office and work in the Illawarra/Wollongong region.





/n

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support site teams.

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

/n

- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project delivery.

/n

- A solid understanding of WHS legislation and Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

/n

- Relevant tertiary qualifications (required for Engineering positions).

/n
