Support Workers Aged Care and NDIS, Assistants in Nursing /n

How You’ll Make a Difference

- /n

Everyday Support: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing genuine companionship.

/n

- /n

Personal Care & ADLs: Assisting clients with their Activities of Daily Living, including showering, toileting, and pad changes.

/n

- /n

Complex Care: PEG and Catheter care, wound care, medication assistance, manual handling and bowel care.

/n

- /n

Safety & Compliance: Meeting the safety needs of the client, using equipment properly, and practising safely within your scope of knowledge.

/n

- /n

Care Plan Execution: Following the customised care plan outlined by the Care Designer.

/n

What You Can Bring

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about making a difference! Because our clients rely on us to help them start their day, we require flexible availability.

You will also need:

/n

- /n

Qualifications:



Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar, including nursing students).

/n

- /n

Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain before commencing).

/n

- /n

Screening: NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain).

/n

- /n

Transport: A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

/n

- /n

Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Sleepover shifts and active night shifts are available too

/n

- /n

Minimum Commitment: Availability for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week and be reliability our clients rely on us.

/n

- /n

Work Rights: Any valid Australian work rights are acceptable for this position.

/n
