About the Role

You’ll oversee critical engineering designs, equipment selection, alternative submissions, and tender proposals, ensuring world-class outcomes across major commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with their SLT, Project Managers, Estimators, and Contractors, you’ll:

- Review & create designs and specifications to define project scope.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure HVAC installations meet specifications.
- Commissioning of HVAC systems to achieve peak performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver cost-effective, creative designs.
- Mentor the design process to meet technical, budgetary, and client requirements.




- Lead and develop a high-performing design/engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Deliver on time and on budget while maintaining top-tier quality standards.

About You

You’re a proven leader with a passion for driving excellence in engineering. You’ll bring:

- Experience as an HVAC Engineer, with Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- A track record of working on commercial projects worth $10 million +.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing a small team.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable solutions.
