Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Gold Coast | Full-time | $110K–$130K + Super The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and e-commerce growth across two growing brands.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced agency marketer looking to move in-house , or a performance marketer ready to take greater ownership of commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for Google & Meta, Shopify, CRO, lead generation and campaign performance , working closely with social and web specialists.

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years’ digital marketing experience
- Strong hands‑on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
- Strong e‑commerce / Shopify experience
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion & attribution
- Experience with CRM/email automation (Hub Spot highly regarded)
- Confident using AI as part of your everyday workflow

What You’ll Do





- Own and optimise Google & Meta campaigns across significant budgets
- Drive e-commerce growth through Shopify, CRO and landing pages
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion and lead quality
- Build Hub Spot email campaigns and automations
- Improve the customer journey from ad → conversion → sale
- Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
