Role: Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Operations Team Lead
/n Contract: 18 months initial contract, possible extension
/n Locations: ACT, NSW, and QLD - hybrid Clearance: must be able to obtain NV1

About the Role:

/n Lead a CIAM operations team to ensure the reliability, stability and performance of a high-profile identity platform. Drive operational excellence through improved monitoring/observability, runbooks, incident reduction, process optimisation and automation.

Key responsibilities /n

/n

- Lead and coach the CIAM ops team; manage priorities and service outcomes

/n

- Monitor platform performance; report on operational metrics

/n

- Manage incidents/end-to-end investigations (logs, root cause)

/n

- Coordinate releases and operational change

/n

- Improve SOPs/runbooks and cross-team operating processes

/n

Qualifications /n

/n

- Strong OAuth 2.0 / OIDC , token lifecycle, federation, authN/authZ knowledge





/n

- Proven operations leadership (capability uplift, performance support, continuous improvement)

/n

- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills

/n

- Experience creating/maintaining operational documentation

/n

- High-volume, externally facing digital service

/n

- SaaS/cloud identity (or hybrid) + observability/log analytics tools

/n

- APIs (REST/JSON), certificates/secrets, integration troubleshooting

/n
