Location: Various Markets Across Brisbane & QLD

/n Employment Type: Casual (Weekend Mornings to Afternoons)

The Role

/n

This isn’t just “serving drinks.” You’ll be:

- Setting up and packing down our market stall

/n

- Preparing and serving drinks quickly and consistently

/n

- Handling high-volume rush periods with energy and composure

/n

- Taking payments accurately

/n

- Engaging customers in a friendly, natural way

/n

- Representing the brand with warmth and confidence

/n

- Keeping the workspace clean and organised at all times

/n

/n

Markets move fast. Lines build quickly. You need to stay sharp, positive, and efficient.

What We’re Looking For Availability /n

/n

- Must be available weekends (morning to mid-afternoon)

/n

- Ocassional Thursday availability from 9am onwards

/n

- Reliable transport is essential

/n

- Punctuality is non-negotiable

/n

Skills & Attributes /n

/n

- Genuinely solid customer service skills (not forced, not robotic)

/n

- Fast, productive,



and able to multitask under pressure

/n

- Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather

/n

- Physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for long periods

/n

- Calm and composed during peak rushes

/n

- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

/n

Experience /n

/n

- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred

/n

- Experience in fast-paced environments is a strong advantage

/n

- Market or event experience is a bonus (but not required)

/n
