The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary hospitality leader to join us as Director of Operations.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape every aspect of the guest and associate experience, leading operational excellence across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Engineering. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class luxury hospitality while driving commercial performance, associate engagement and owner satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Lead Luxury Operations

- Deliver exceptional operational standards across all areas of the hotel.
- Champion service excellence, ensuring every guest experience feels intuitive, personalised and memorable.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence, fostering genuine connections with guests and associates.

Elevate the Guest Experience
- Embed a culture of Genuine Anticipatory Service throughout the hotel.




- Use guest insights and performance data to continuously refine and enhance the luxury experience.

- Proven senior leadership experience within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong understanding to drive excellence and results in the Food and Bevarage operations
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to translate strategy into execution while inspiring high-performing teams.
