A leading and growing qualified services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Manager to join its Brisbane team.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced public practice professional to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway towards equity and partnership discussions.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Managing Director and Partners, you will play a key role in leading the Brisbane office while managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial and privately owned clients.

The role will provide exposure across tax, business advisory and financial advisory, with advisory genuinely at the centre of the position.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of key entrepreneurial and privately owned clients




- Lead business advisory engagements from scoping through to delivery
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Review complex tax and advisory work
- Contribute to pricing, strategy and commercial decisions
- Support the continued growth of the Brisbane office
- Work across strategic planning, capital raising, due diligence and business restructures

About You
- CA/CPA qualified
- 10+ years' public practice accounting experience
- Currently operating at Senior Manager, Associate Director or equivalent level
