About our client

Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in Northwest New South Wales with a lifespan of 25 years.

What you will be doing:

As Dispatch Officer, you will take charge of the Fleet Management System to keep daily operations aligned with production targets. You will monitor and respond to real-time changes, ensuring smooth communication across teams including Mine Control, Production Supervisors, and Superintendents. Your input will help drive informed decisions and keep everything on track.

What you will need:

- Previous experience in a mining dispatch role
- Experience using FMS or AHS
- Experience managing large fleets in a Mining environment
- Excellent communication, computer skills, and comfortable with technology
- Willingness to provide a police check
- Driver's License
