This is a outstanding opportunity to join a leading performance and lifestyle brand in a senior Cluster Manager role, overseeing 5 stores across NSW and the ACT.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead from the front, develop Store Managers, drive commercial performance and make a real impact across the cluster.

THE ROLE

- Lead and support a cluster of 5 stores
- Be based from a Sydney home store
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Use reporting and insights to identify opportunities and improve results
- Drive team performance through strong leadership, coaching, accountability and ongoing development
- Spend around 2–3 days per week in your home store, with time across the wider cluster
- Travel across the cluster as required

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Strong multi-site retail management experience – ideally 3+ stores
- A genuine people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Strong commercial and KPI focus




- Confident managing performance and having the important conversations
- A passion for sport, fitness and performance
- Genuine interest in the brand and its products
- Strong energy, accountability and the ability to work across multiple locations

Fitness or gym experience is welcomed, but retail experience is essential.

THE PACKAGE

- $80K–$84K + Super
- Car allowance + Bonus structure
- Tuesday–Saturday roster - some flexibility for the right person
