About the role:

- Working across a broad range of construction and infrastructure disputes
- Advising on contractual disputes, delay and disruption claims, variations and defects
- Assisting with security of payment matters and payment disputes
- Preparing matters for adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, evidence and submissions
- Working closely with senior lawyers, clients, counsel and experts on complex disputes
- Gaining exposure to high-value projects across the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors

The ideal candidate:

- Junior Lawyer with approximately 1-3 years' PQE in construction disputes,



commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- A genuine interest in developing a career with construction and infrastructure disputes
- Candidates with general litigation experience who are looking to specialise in construction are also encouraged to apply
