Job Description:

Our client is an Australian owned construction organisation. They're looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join the team. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a national IT team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users, both in-office and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues across desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user account lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues with meeting room systems.
- Support endpoint patching, software updates, and security compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs, hardware replacements, AV requirements and procurement.

Key Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a desktop support or similar IT support role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.




- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle.
