Looking for a role where excellent customer service and attention to detail really matter? As a Venue Support Officer with MAX Data Monitoring Services, you'll be part of a team that helps maintain the integrity of gaming operations across New South Wales. Working closely with venue contacts, you'll combine customer support, relationship building and data accuracy to help keep essential industry processes running smoothly.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll support an assigned group of venues and act as a trusted first point of contact. Your work will help ensure gaming data is reviewed accurately, customer queries are resolved promptly, and important regulatory obligations are met.

Specifically, you will;

Provide first-level support and manage enquiries end to end over the phone and by email

Review gaming data and complete daily work schedules accurately

Build strong relationships with allocated venue contacts

Investigate operational issues and coordinate timely solutions

Maintain secure handling of sensitive gaming information

Work closely with internal teams, venues and regulators

What you'll need to succeed

You enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working with accuracy. You bring a practical approach, communicate clearly, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Gaming industry experience is highly regarded

Experience delivering high-quality customer service





Ability to build trusted relationships with customers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working with numbers and analysing data

High attention to detail and accuracy
