Our Adviser Online Payments & Servicing team is responsible for the everyday servicing experience on the Adviser Online platform, which financial advisers use to manage their clients' investments. We focus on delivering simple, efficient and reliable digital solutions across payments, transfers, account changes and automated investment plans, helping advisers spend more time supporting their clients and less time on administration.

What role will you play?

As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for Payments & Servicing within the Adviser Online platform. Working closely with advisers, operations, technology, design and risk teams, you will identify customer needs, prioritise opportunities and deliver digital experiences that improve efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction.
You will own the product backlog end-to-end, partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions iteratively and measure their success. You will use data, customer insights and stakeholder feedback to drive product decisions, manage competing priorities and ensure your roadmap aligns with the broader Adviser Online strategy and business objectives.
What you offer

- 5+ years' experience in product management or product owner roles,
delivering customer-facing digital products and services
- Experience within financial services, ideally across wealth management, investments or related products, with an understanding of operating in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to define and deliver a product vision and roadmap, prioritise effectively and communicate strategic direction to both senior stakeholders and delivery teams
- Strong experience working collaboratively with technology and design teams, managing product backlogs, defining requirements and making informed prioritisation decisions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to use data and insights to drive product outcomes and continuous improvement
