AO3/1 Procurement Support Officer

We are seeking a Procurement Support Officer to join a busy tendering team, supporting the processing of SEQ tenders and planned customer programs.

This role would suit someone with experience in procurement, purchasing, supply or supplier coordination, who is highly detail-focused and confident with accurate data entry.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide procurement and administrative support to the tendering team
- Process and maintain tender documentation and information
- Complete accurate data entry and updates across procurement systems
- Support the delivery of planned customer programs
- Ensure information is accurate, complete and processed within required timeframes

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply or supplier coordination
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident data entry and administrative skills
- Good organisation and ability to manage competing tasks
- Procurement Level 1, 2 or 3 experience is preferred
- Ability to work accurately within deadlines
