About the role:
You will work across both front-end and back-end WHS matters, including:
- Serious workplace incidents and regulatory investigations.
- Improvement,
prohibition and infringement notices.
- WHS prosecutions and Coronial Inquests.
- Safety governance, officer duties and due diligence.
- Compliance, risk management and strategic advisory work.
The ideal candidate:
- Australian-qualified lawyer with approximately 2-5 years' PQE.
- Experience in WHS, regulatory litigation, employment, coronial work or a related disputes practice.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Keen to develop into a genuine specialist within an international firm.
