The Opportunity:

We are partnering with a well-established national organisation based in Dandenong to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator for an immediate-start temporary opportunity. Sitting at the centre of a busy service operation, you will coordinate technicians and service jobs across Australia while ensuring customers receive clear and timely updates throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate service jobs from initial request through to completion
- Schedule technicians across a national portfolio
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Keep customers updated on technician attendance, job progress and timeframes
- Monitor open work orders and follow up outstanding actions
- Respond to changing schedules and assist in resolving service issues
- Prepare quotations and ensure completed jobs are ready for invoicing
- Maintain accurate job information across internal systems and customer portals
- Liaise with technicians, Operations, Scheduling and internal teams
- Ensure service documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Provide general administrative support across the service function

About You:





- Previous experience in Service Coordination, Scheduling, Customer Service or Administration
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Confident communication skills across customers, technicians and internal stakeholders
- A proactive approach to following up jobs and resolving issues
- Strong attention to detail and systems confidence
- Experience within field services, maintenance, facilities, trades or a similar service environment will be highly regarded
- The ability to adapt quickly within a busy and changing environment
- Immediate or short-notice availability
