The Role

The Hospital
Offering a dynamic and supportive setting for clinicians,
with a busy birthing suite handling approximately 650 deliveries annually and comprehensive outpatient services including antenatal care, gynaecology, high-risk obstetrics, and colposcopy. The hospital provides a broad range of surgical services, from minimally invasive procedures to open and laparoscopic surgery. Junior Medical Officers benefit from strong support and supervision, with accredited registrars, rural generalists, SRMOs, and RMOs contributing to a collaborative training culture. The hospital also maintains close links with a well-established Department of Paediatrics, including a Special Care Nursery, ensuring continuity of care for mothers and newborns.
The Requirements
- FRANZCOG with specialist registration or are on an approved pathway with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
- SIMG's on peer review and close to finishing requirements are encouraged to apply today
- CA pathway candidates working at consultant level are encouraged to apply
- UK CCT holders eligible for the expedited pathway are encouraged to apply
