About the Opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will provide accurate, timely and efficient administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of the Community Health Centre, unit, or department. Working under limited direction, you will play a key role in supporting staff, patients, and stakeholders while contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This position is critical to ensuring effective service delivery and supporting the achievement of departmental outcomes. In this role you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to assist the productive operation of the Community Health Centre, unit, or department.
- Coordinate and prioritise workloads, manage workflows, and support service delivery activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and manipulate documents, records, and correspondence to support operational requirements..
- Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support staff and senior team members while applying policies, procedures, and sound judgement in daily tasks.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy workplace..
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sound judgement, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
