Menindee Health Service is seeking an experienced Health Service Manager to join their team in Menindee, NSW on a contract basis, commencing as soon as possible through to October 2026. This is an opportunity to lead clinical operations and service delivery in a regional healthcare setting, bringing your nursing management expertise and emergency response capabilities to a community-focused health service.

- Lead triage operations and clinical workflows in a regional health service setting
- Apply your Nurse Manager experience and Advanced Life Support credentials to drive quality patient care
- Contract role based in Menindee, NSW with flexibility to shape service delivery during your tenure

Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or equivalent clinical leadership role




- Demonstrated expertise in triage assessment and patient prioritisation
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Experience with Registered Aged Nurse (RAN) scope or equivalent aged care clinical knowledge
- Strong ability to manage clinical teams and coordinate emergency response protocols

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Post-graduate qualification or formal training in health service management or clinical leadership
- Additional emergency or acute care certifications (such as TNCC or equivalent trauma training)
