- Strong experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture or Technical Design
- Proven ability to translate high-level architecture into detailed, implementable designs
- Broad technical background across software, systems or enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise application architecture
- Exposure to Java, Angular, Oracle, PL/SQL, NoSQL and/or modern data platforms
- Experience producing detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Financial Services experience highly regarded; wealth management is a strong advantage
- Robust stakeholder communication and ability to present and defend technical recommendations
