The Opportunity

With a steady flow of inbound and qualified leads, you can focus on speaking with customers, understanding what they need and finding the right solution — rather than spending your day searching for leads.

You’ll support customers from their first conversation through to onboarding, working with teams across Cleanaway to make sure they have a great experience from day one.

Whether you already have sales experience or you’re ready to take the next step from a customer-focused role, this could be the prospect to kick-start your sales career.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert inbound enquiries and qualified leads into new customers
- Build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- Confidently close sales over the phone and work towards individual and team targets
- Support new customers through their first three months with Cleanaway
- Work with internal teams to resolve onboarding, billing and service enquiries
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in Salesforce

This hybrid role is currently based on St Kilda Road and will soon move to our Docklands office, conveniently located near Southern Cross Station.

About You

You’re confident talking to people, motivated by achieving goals and excited by the opportunity to build a career in sales.

You might already be working in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality or a contact centre and looking for your next step. What’s most important is your energy, drive and willingness to learn.
