At Keystone Healthcare, we support hospitals, aged care facilities, and healthcare teams across Victoria with the essential equipment they need to care for their patients. We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our Customer Care Team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on, practical role where you'll spend part of your day on the road, but mostly in a healthcare environment, delivering, collecting, and supporting the setup of critical medical equipment. It’s about much more than just transport. You’re an essential link in the chain of patient care.

About the role

As a Customer Care Team Member, your work will directly support patient safety, comfort and care. A typical day includes:

- Driving a company vehicle to deliver and collect medical equipment from hospitals and aged care facilities across Melbourne and regional Victoria

- Setting up equipment where required, sometimes right at a patient’s bedside

- Building strong, respectful relationships with nurses, ward clerks and healthcare teams

- Ensuring all deliveries are documented using a tablet and simple paperwork

- Following safe manual handling and OH&S; procedures when loading and unloading equipment

- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and care in every interaction

About you

We’re looking for individuals who possess both practical skills and strong interpersonal skills for the job. You’ll be a outstanding fit if you:





- Are confident driving a larger vehicle and navigating around Melbourne (no special licence required. Full Victorian driver’s licence essential)

- Are physically fit and happy to be on your feet, repetitive lifting, pushing and moving equipment throughout your shift

- Have a positive, respectful attitude when dealing with healthcare staff, patients and colleagues

- Can work independently, think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities

- Are confident using a tablet or mobile device for delivery tracking

- (Preferred but not essential) Have experience in healthcare, logistics, deliveries or patient transport

What you’ll need

- Full working rights in Australia

- Full Victorian driver’s licence and a clean driving record

- Current (or willingness to obtain) Police Check and Working With Children Check

- Up-to-date annual flu vaccinations (mandatory for work in healthcare settings)
