- Managing employee records and maintaining HRIS systems
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting recruitment, reference checks and pre-employment processes
- Responding to employee and manager queries
- Assisting with payroll and employee data
- Supporting performance, probation and employee lifecycle processes
- Assisting with HR projects,



reporting and process improvements
- Providing general support across People & Culture teams
